We have partnered with key curriers to enable products to be delivered to you safely and efficiently.

When will my order be delivered

If the items you’ve ordered are in stock, the following delivery times will apply:

Small standard items - Delivered within 5-7 working days 

Medium to large fragile items - Delivered within 5-7 working days

Large fragile or furniture items - Delivered within 7-14 

We deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer. Such locations are Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

If you live abroad, we would be happy to deliver to a UK based shipping company of your choice.

How will my items be delivered?

We continually work hard to find the best shipping option based on your location, the weight of the items and how fragile each product is. We then choose the most appropriate shipping method to get your item delivered to you safely and smoothly. Whether it be our specialised 2 man white glove service or our fast and efficient standard delivery service, we’ll find you the best transparent solution.

Small and medium standard items 

Small and medium items such as ornaments, lanterns and lamps will ideally be dispatched within the next working day if in stock, but in some cases can take up to 3 days to arrange your delivery.  Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 working days from placing your order.

Mirror deliveries

Some of our mirrors require a specialist delivery service to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. Prices can range between £29 - £49 depending on the size, weight and location the item is being shipped too. The price for shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Large fragile or furniture items 

For larger items such as furniture or larger fragile items, we utilise a specialist 2 man delivery service to ensure your heavy fragile item is delivered to you safely. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date within 3 working days and you will typically receive your delivery within 7-12 working days from placing your order.

On the day of your delivery the specialist delivery team will carry your new item to the room of choice or leave it in a nominated safe place outside your home. They will take away any unwanted packaging. 

Within the current situation, where our delivery team would deliver your new item to a room of your choice, we will only now be able to deliver your item to either the doorstep, garage or outbuilding. We regretfully, will not be entering your main premises or will undertake any assembly within this Covid pandemic. 

Additional charges - Large fragile or furniture items 

If there are any changes that you make to your order following our delivery partner receiving your product, will incur additional charges. This incurs but is not limited, an address change, cost of £7.50, a cancelling your order or a failed agreed delivery time will incur an additional charge of £37.50.
